Shipping Information

Shipping is through USPS and comes with a unique tracking number as well as notification when your item has shipped. All orders are packaged and shipped in the order that they are recieved. Custom orders can take anywhere between 2 days to up to a month to be created completed depending on volume of custom order reservations. You are always promised 100% attention, intention, and creation under the light of perfect divine timing. All orders are safely secured, wrapped, and packed by hand- I pay extra attention to both detail and beauty.

Once an order is in the hands of USPS it is their responsibility to deliver the package safely to you. I am not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages and ask that each client who reserves an order with me double check their shipping address to ensure safe delivery of product and to significantly decrease any chance of Delivery problems or delays.

International Shipping Is available at an additional charge.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are uniquely created and handmade with rare and natural ingredients as well as intention I unfortunately can not except returns or exchanges at this time, especially for custom orders.

However, if I have made a mistake I will absolutely except returns or exchanges. Please let me know right away if there has been a problem with your order and I'll work quickly to correct it.
